What is Frotte fabric?
Frotte is a knit fabric with a distinctive structure characterized by a unique weave and loops on one or both sides. This particular structure makes frotte exceptionally soft, absorbent, and durable—perfect for making towels, bathrobes, pajamas, headbands, bed sheets, and other household items.
At Yottex, frotte is available in various options, ranging from lighter versions with a weight of around 180 g/m² to thicker and more durable variants up to 380 g/m².
Depending on its composition, frotte can have different properties. We offer a range of blends, such as cotton with polyester, pure cotton, bamboo with polyester, and combinations of cotton, bamboo, and polyester.
